I first met Stephanie about four years ago when I had worked with her mom, Marla. Even at that point, Stephanie and Chase had been together with plans for forever. Marla had always joked that once Stephanie and Chase were engaged, her first step would be to hire me!
Fast forward three years and my move to Seattle. Due to the nature of this business, the 2,000 miles between us didn’t stop them from bringing me on board their wedding team and I’m so honored!
Stephanie and Chase married at the Morgan Creek Barn in Aubrey, Texas. The beautiful barn had the perfect amount of rustic charm and an elegant feel that made it the perfect place for these lovebirds to say “I Do!”
The couple had wanted a soft light vibe and had achieved this look through beautiful string lights by Randy Ro. Much to our delight fireworks and lighting were going off in the distance and only added to their soft light feel. They completed their Texas affair with fried chicken and lots of country music.
It was truly a magical night and we’re so happy and honored to have been a part of your day! Congrats Steph and Chase!

Marla Frye (Mother of the Bride) says
I can not express how thrilled we were when Emily agreed to travel to Dallas to be our wedding planner. She took care of every detail and made everything seem effortless. She was so calm and organized and kept us all at ease. I recommend that every bride and mother of the bride insist on a planner. Emily thought of everything through the planning process. She made sure we had “Plan B’s” for everything. We never would have known to do that. She gave us realistic timelines so we were not stressed when pictures took more than we had estimated (before we had Emily’s knowledge). Our photographer was also pleased because Emily gently kept everyone on schedule. The photographer mentioned that she was often put in a position to keep the wedding party on schedule rather than being able to concentrate on her photos when there was not a wedding coordinator. Emily made sure the bride and groom ate and had their drinks ready for them when they entered the reception. We love Emily and were so grateful for her help in orchestrating Stephanie’s and Chase’s dream wedding.
