Starting with honest conversations about your budget and priorities, we take the lead from the very beginning, bringing together the right creative partners, developing the design, and overseeing vendor communication from the first proposal through the wedding weekend.

For weddings up to $150,000, the investment for Full Service Wedding Planning is $20,000. For weddings exceeding that number, the investment is 15% of your total budget.
Partial Wedding Planning is perfect for the hands-on couple who want to trust the final few months of wedding planning to a professional. With three in-person meetings, a comprehensive wedding day timeline, and a custom budget worksheet, we’ll give you the tools you need to make intentional decisions, and then take over vendor communication and coordination three months before your big day.

Step One: Conversation
Whether you’ve been adding to your wedding Pinterest board for years or are just starting to consider the possibilities, we begin wedding planning by learning about who you are, what you value, and the celebration you envision. These early conversations are what shape your celebration. Through virtual calls, in-person meetings, and in-depth questionnaires, we will ask the right questions so you can see your vision take shape.
Early in the planning process, we have a straightforward conversation about choosing and maintaining your budget. We’ll create a thorough document with estimated prices and allocations, and keep an open line of communication so you always understand exactly where your money is going.
Step Two: Design & Sourcing
After our first few conversations, we pull together a deck that helps you get a feel for the physical elements of your wedding day. From colors and textures to tablescapes and dance floors, this design deck provides the roadmap for your wedding. After sourcing, we will present an in-person mockup—complete with linen samples, floral arrangements, glassware, and table settings.
This is your chance to interact with every detail and ensure it feels just the way you want it to. We welcome any and all revisions at this stage, because we want to make sure your final result is perfect.
Step Three: Vendor Coordination
Full Service Planning & Design places us as your go-between for all vendors. We recommend trusted professionals based on your priorities, style, budget, and the experience we’re creating together. Already have someone you love? Bring them to us. You’re never required to choose from a set vendor list. This is your wedding, and we are here to lead you, not take over.
Once your vendors are selected, we handle contract negotiation and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring everyone is on the same page without you needing to be answering emails 24/7. We coordinate with your venue, manage hotel room blocks, transportation, guest assistance, stationery and signage, and all rental orders and deliveries.
Step Four: The Celebration
As your wedding day gets closer, we’ll be finalizing any last details and taking care of you and your guests. We want you to come to us with whatever you’re feeling. Excited? Nervous? Worried about the cake? We’re here to reassure you and remind you that everything is taken care of, so you can embrace your last few weeks before the wedding.
We coordinate your rehearsal so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do, and field any and all questions that might come your way. We’re not just your planners, we’re your emotional anchors. On the day of your wedding, we bring our team to execute a flawless installation process while making sure someone is always available to answer questions and direct guests.
