Owner and Lead Planner

Meaghan is the steady presence at the heart of every Sweet Pea wedding. With two decades of experience, she pairs her wedding industry expertise with a passionate energy that makes planning even the smallest details feel fun and exciting.

The one thing you need to know about Meaghan is that she cares—deeply. She’s that friend who always has band aids and a sewing kit in her purse, because you never know who will need it. She’s the designated Thanksgiving host and the first person you call when you’re looking for a restaurant recommendation.

She knows weddings better than anyone, and she’ll help you navigate all the complexities of planning, from helping you devise the perfect seating chart to ensuring you eat and stay hydrated.

My Personal Faves

When I’m not planning special days I enjoy traveling, hosting my friends, trying new restaurants and supporting Young Life. I also enjoy cooking, Bravo Shows, drinking coffee and wine (not at the same time) and celebrating one of my favorite holidays – Thanksgiving with my friends and family!

I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER PLANNER I loved our wedding so much, I also hired her to throw my brother and sister-in-law's baby shower (which was also amazing).
