PINK PACKAGE – MONTH-OF PLANNING SERVICE

• This service begins 6 weeks prior to your Wedding Day
• Includes two in-person meetings (one of which is a venue tour to finalize floor plan layout, discuss all final details, etc.)
• Unlimited referrals for the very best wedding professionals
• Prepare comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline which includes all of the details for your big day
• Proofing of contracts and confirming of details with all your vendors
• Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal
• Manage Day of Wedding, serving as point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests. Includes set up and clean up. Note: See “Day-Of Activities” for all details that we are responsible for.
• Emergency kit available for Wedding Party and Family to use the entire wedding day
• Provide Wedding Planning Tools (budget template, planning checklist, etc.) to guide you along the way
• Assist with wedding etiquette related questions
• One Assistant Event Coordinator included

• All services in the above Pink Package are included with the Couture Package (see above)
• Unlimited in-person meetings to help guide you along the way
• Develop a comprehensive budget based on your priorities and track spending
• Customized venue research and selection
• Provide customized referrals to match you with the very best wedding professionals for your budget, style, and personality
• Negotiate and review all contracts; serve as the main point of contact for all vendors
• Design your décor elements and procure all necessary wedding professionals to bring your design to life
• Create a custom planning checklist and provide you with guidance along
