Please Welcome Our Newest Team Member–Sarah Gai!

I am so excited to announce that we have a new, amazing Sweet Pea team member…Sarah Gai will be joining our Seattle Office to take on all events in the Seattle area!  I have known Sarah since 2007 when she was a Sweet Pea bride (for those of you who may not know, I’m originally from Seattle which is where I started Sweet Pea Events).  I knew from the second I met her that she had huge potential to be a Wedding Planner, and I think I probably told her this 20 times before, during, and after her wedding!  She is honest to goodness one of the most genuine people I have ever met – and is so humble, respectful, professional, smart, driven, and can handle anything under pressure.  Sarah also knows how to work hard while also having fun, and she has such a fun-loving spirit and great sense of humor (serious requirements for being on our team, see proof in a photo below)!  Her expertise in the hospitality industry as well as her passion for weddings and events makes her the perfect fit to take on the Seattle market.  Learn more about Sarah, including her favorite things to do by checking out her bio.

So, without further ado, please join me in welcoming Sarah Gai to our team! Thanks to Elle Parks Photography for the sweet headshot and fun team pictures below!

I also just had to post a picture of Sarah from her wedding…she was so poised and stunning on her wedding day and truly had a blast! Her hubby Nathan is pretty cool too. 🙂 This sweet pic is from the uber talented Laurel McConnell Photography (miss you, Laurel!!) For more pics from Sarah and Nathan’s wedding check out their feature on Style Me Pretty here!

I just adore our new Sweet Pea Team pictured below!  Sarah made the trek to Dallas in April to work a wedding with us, to develop her strategy for the Seattle office, and to experience Texas! We loved having her here, and are so excited to officially bring her on board.

Here’s the proof that we’re slightly dorky and try not to take life too seriously…we’re spelling out “SPE” for Sweet Pea Events – get it? Smile
