Top Ten Seattle Venues in 2016

How is it possible that we are wrapping up 2016 already? We’ve been very fortunate to work at several beautiful wedding venues this year. Here’s our favorites in no particular order:

Hangar 30 at Magnuson Park
What makes this place so amazing, is it’s pure size. Hangar 30 is a blank, open canvas for all of your creativity to come to life. If you have a large guest count, this place is perfect. Or if you want large separate spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, this place is also perfect for that. It’s got a great industrial-glam vibe.

The Loft at Russell’s
When you get married at The Loft, you’ll know for sure that the food is going to be amazing! The loft is perfect for a rustic wedding without doing a full-on barn. All the wood inside can be easily dressed up to many different styles!

Salish Lodge
The waterfall….need we say more? Besides the incredible view and scenery, Salish Lodge is a bit of an oasis. And there’s very few things that can beat having your first dance over a waterfall.

Pacific Tower
The city views of Pacific Tower are amazing! It’s so hard to believe that this event space is only on the 8th floor! Pacific Tower is also solely catered by the delicious food that is Farestart. Farestart brings in people who are homeless or in poverty to teach them how to cook and develop other work and life skills so they can go on to obtain solid careers. How amazing is that?

Woodmark Hotel
Woodmark Hotel is a boutique hotel right on Lake Washington in Kirkland. They make everything so easy on you with the separate ceremony space, cocktail hour space and dance floor. And the stunning water views create the perfect backdrop to your ceremony and dinner!

Olympic Rooftop/Hotel Ballard
The first time I walked inside Hotel Ballard, I felt as if I had stepped into a hotel in France. The architectural and little details throughout the entire hotel and venue are breathtaking! Everywhere you look, you’ll notice an array of beauty. The event space is on the rooftop, and the beauty continues there. Olympic Rooftop is the perfect setting for a small, intimate wedding or gathering.

Novelty Hill Januik
Novelty Hill Januik is home to some of my favorite wines, but beyond the tasty wines, they have a beautiful event space. Most ceremonies take place in the garden area with a very modern reddish/orange wall as the background. It’s the perfect setting for a modern bride!

Delille Cellars
Delille is one of the most beautiful garden weddings around. It has everything to create a picture-esque setting – a pond, a willow tree, a gorgeous white barn, a beautifully lite drive way. The tent stays up all summer long and includes some stunning black chandeliers. If a garden wedding is your thing, this is the place to look first!
