The first time I met Karisa, she told me the most important thing to her about her wedding was that it was a party. And when David Bowie shows up, I think that means it was a success! Karisa and Ryan bonded over their love of David Bowie and Labyrinth and brought elements of that into their wedding. When Ryan’s twin brother, Jeff, realized this he decided to put on a David Bowie outfit complete with a Labyrinth puppet show. It’s safe to say that it was a pretty memorable reception.
Karisa and Ryan are such a fun-loving couple. They constantly were in good spirits, not just on the big day, but throughout the entire planning process. Their food was gone in a blink of an eye, because they wanted to get right on that dance floor all night long. Karisa and Ryan were the first wedding of the summer season in Seattle, and what a great way to kick the season off!
