Carey and Jon wanted a small intimate wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family. There’s something undeniably special about an intimate wedding. The laughter, the small moments feel more personal, and every guest is truly apart of the love story.
Back in December, we had the honor of planning a beautiful, family-only ceremony at the stunning Hotel Swexan in Dallas. With just 15 cherished guests in attendance, this event was the epitome of meaningful simplicity – a reminder that weddings don’t have to be huge to be unforgettable.
Carey and Jon chose to exchange vows in a serene private space of the black and white ballroom at the hotel surrounded by their closest family members. The setting was effortlessly elegant, with minimal white floral touches and soft ambient lighting from the candles. This created a warm and romantic atmosphere as the sun was setting through the ballroom windows.
After Carey and Jon exchanged ‘I Do’, the celebration continued with a private dinner in one of the hotel’s restaurants. Laughter and heartfelt toasts echoed throughout the evening, and of course they had the classic cake cutting that was just as sweet as the love shared in the room! From the touching vows to meaningful conversations at dinner, their day was filled with intentional details.
